This building of ConDoor Door Solutions can count as a new business card, and the striking front certainly contributes to this. For instance, the two floors of office spaces protrude above the plinth and the architect designed a façade with windows that stagger in depth here and there, adding an extra dimension. The roof terrace, a patio in the middle of the façade, also catches the eye immediately. Many large windows were integrated in the façade. These ensure the necessary transparency and incidence of light, providing the employees of ConDoor Door Solutions with a very pleasant working environment every day. Vierboer Aluminium Kozijnen from Swifterbant supplied and fitted the window and curtain wall systems.

The all-in-one curtain wall MC Wall curtain wall really does add a lot of value in terms of functionality, aesthetics and architecture. It has a wide variety of posts, rails and finishing profiles on a uniform 55 mm line. The rails are available up to a depth of 294 mm, the stiles up to 326 mm. This solution is suitable for glass thicknesses up to 74 mm. With a Uf value of 1.5 W/m²K, an air tightness class AE1300, a water tightness class RE1500 and an acoustic value of up to 38 dB (-2,-6), this system scores highly in all areas. Moreover, a brilliant report can also be presented with regard to fire resistance. Indeed, certificates for both EW30 and EW60 are available.
