This villa in Schilde received a thorough facelift by architect Hugo Kinds with an emphasis on more light.
On the front and side, the large windows at one point immediately catch the eye. They draw in lots of light in the open entrance hall, on the first floor and in the office above the garage. Aliplast partner Alu-xtra carried out the joinery and chose the Star75 aluminium window system here. This is a sturdy profile that can handle large glass surfaces. With an Uw-value of 0.94 W/m²K, the thermal performance is exceptional. The Star75 also scores well in terms of wind and water tightness and acoustics.
