In a wooded area of Bruges, a contemporary villa expertly explores the boundaries of modern design and natural surroundings. Designed by Achtoptien Architecten, this residence is a masterpiece that excels both aesthetically and functionally. With its striking white facade, contrasting aluminium cladding from Aliplast Aluminium Systems and high-quality windows, this villa is a perfect fusion of architectural innovation and sustainable quality.
A stunning cladding
The first impression of this contemporary villa is defined by the white crepi façade combined with the clean and contemporary design of the aluminium cladding Deco Wall. Ledegem-based Aluvano, a partner of Aliplast Aluminium Systems, is a fan of this system. "This cladding immediately gives every home that extra something. And thanks to the click system, it is easy to install, even over a sectional door," says Eddy from Aluvano.
State-of-the-Art aluminium windows
High-quality aluminium windows from Aliplast Aluminium Systems were chosen for this villa, especially the Star75 model. These windows not only offer an aesthetically pleasing appearance, but also provide excellent thermal insulation. With a 90° angle of glass to glass, natural light is maximised, creating a seamless connection between inside and outside. "We use the Star75 in the vast majority of homes. It is a system with fixed and tilt-and-turn windows and you also have different doors in this," says Eddy from Aluvano who, by the way, took care of all the aluminium joinery.

The deep black splendour of the powder coat colour
Every element of the villa, from the cladding to the windows, contributes to the overall aesthetic. All aluminium components are powder-coated in colour 9ST05D, a deep black textured paint. This choice of colour not only adds a touch of elegance to the exterior, but also provides years of protection for the aluminium.
